Theatre, auditorium, and classroom venues at the University of British Columbia, Vancouver, Canada, are available to our conference and accommodation groups as meeting rooms and conference facilities every summer (May to August).
UBC offers more than 200 rooms, ranging from small seminar rooms to large lecture theatres that can accommodate up to 500 attendees.
UBC classrooms are designed to meet the needs of various learning environments, from traditional lecture theatres to computer labs to flexible rooms for interactive group discussions and breakout sessions.
Extensive instructional support services, including audio-visual, webcasting and video conferencing, are available.

- The Life Sciences Institute: Rooms and lecture theatres for up to 135 people, and a reception space for up to 800 people. Audio-visual support available.
- Buchanan Arts Buildings: Rooms and lecture theaters for up to 147 people. Audio-visual support available. Cafeteria services available.
- Forest Sciences Centre: Rooms, lecture theatres and computer labs for up to 250 people. Audio-visual support available. Cafeteria services available.
- Residence Meeting Rooms: In-house meeting venues with adjoining patios or lobbies.
