Conferences and Accommodation Services at the University of British Columbia, Canada, welcomes you!
We manage and market campus-wide meeting, conference, and accommodation facilities and services, and meeting planning.
Our team can help you take advantage of a wide selection of accommodation and meeting space options, including UBC's signature venues from May through August. Additionally, the West Coast Suites offer visitors accommodation year round.
We also provide you with affordable quality in meeting, conference, and accommodation facilities, amenities and services on a group or individual basis, in up to 80 venues campus-wide and in one of our four main UBC residences.
Conferences and Accommodation Services supports UBC Housing and Conferences, which provides on-campus housing, catering, and services to students and academic staff during the academic year.
